HOUSE RULES

To cultivate a safe, joyful, and celebratory experience for all, the following house rules must be followed when utilizing our Creative Clubhouse.

HOURS
must be in and out of the space within the hours agreed upon

NEIGHBORS
we like our neighbors, please treat our neighbors like they are your own

SPACE + FURNITURE + BELONGINGS
must be cared for so we can continue to create a space to empower entrepreneurs in our city

DRUG FREE
this is a drug and smoking free facility at all times - NO EXCEPTIONS

FIREWORKS + SPARKLERS + OPEN FLAMES  
sure we like the ambiance, shine, and sparkle too, but these are NOT allowed

ALCOHOL
you must follow all state and local laws surrounding the sale, service, and consumption of alcohol

SHARED SPACE
the elevators, restrooms, parking lot and hallways are shared space and must be respected and cared for and not blocked for safety and usage by other tenants

TEMPERATURE
only our Creative Clubhouse/The Cleveland Flea staff allowed to adjust the thermostat in the space

DECORATION

    • no nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls or murals

    • any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.  No tape, adhesives, or hooks/tacks allowed on murals.

    • no confetti or flower petals permitted

    • event materials cannot be stored in the space beyond the allotted space rental time

    • Installation of decoration is taken at the own risk

RENTALS
rental source must be approved by the Flea + facilitation of ordering/pick up/drop off  is sole is the responsibility of renter, unless pre-determined by purchased package.

LOST + FOUND
you are responsible for all items within the space and brought into the space for your event

YOUR POINT PERSON
aren't able to help with any other customer service aspect, as we won't be seen as party hosts - you will need to provide your own point person + this person must be accessible to CC staff

CLEANING
you must return our space to what it looked like when we gave it to you, the space will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival

    • All trash must be collected, properly bagged and removed by Renter

    • Spills and surface messes must be wiped up

    • All debris must be removed

SET UP/TEAR DOWN
you are responsible for all setup + teardown + party maintenance during an event

VANDALISM
you are responsible for any/all damage caused by any of its guests and/or volunteers, which includes the cost of repair, replacement, or clean-up.

PROMOTIONS + COPYRIGHT + PHOTOGRAPHY
As a creative space, it is imperative that we see and approve all marketing messages and communications no less than one (1) week prior to the event.

    • The space is not to be used for the exportation of our design. Any photographs taken by Renter within the space are not to be used to build its website, social media, or brand in any capacity.

    • We reserve the right to share any publicly share photographs or videos of the space for marketing purposes.

    • Any photos taken within this space must be tagged properly, i.e. giving credit to the space itself as well as the artist. We ask that you not only tag within the photo but also give proper credit / shout outs within the caption as well.
